Business Development Manager (BDM)

What You’ll Do:
As a BDM, you will introduce and promote the Whole Brain® Thinking methodology, seeking out new business opportunities while showcasing the ongoing value of our SaaS-based solutions. You will lead prospects through the entire sales cycle—from identifying opportunities to closing deals. Once a client is onboarded, you'll continue to work with your support team to expand and deepen the client relationship.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop expertise in target markets, buyers, and competitors.
- Identify new enterprise opportunities, leveraging your networks to build a strong pipeline.
- Demonstrate products/services to potential clients with energy and enthusiasm.
- Use a consultative, solution-based sales approach, selling to multiple stakeholders within enterprise-level organizations.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Engineering teams to ensure client success.
- Meet and exceed sales goals, accurately manage forecasts using HubSpot, and close high-value deals with ACVs of $50,000+.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in direct consultative B2B sales, ideally in SaaS or HR Tech.
- Proven track record of success in new business generation and expansion within existing clients.
- Self-motivated team player with a positive, solution-focused attitude.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage a high volume of opportunities, leveraging your CRM (HubSpot preferred).
- Remote work experience and readiness to travel when necessary for internal events or client meetings.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Business, Finance, or related fields.
- Expert in solution selling in the SaaS environment.
- Demonstrable success in meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Channel experience is a plus.
